  We were doing a construction project and it took longer than anticipated. They were able to hold delivery on my son's new bed for us until we were ready to set up. The delivery guys were polite, professional and had a great attitude!
  The salesman on the floor was helpful without being pushy and also very friendly.
  Every time I called, a real human answered the phones, and was able to help with any question I had without transferring me 37 times.
  Overall a lovely experience, and I'll definitely go back!

  Rita was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of furniture we were looking for. She walked us straight to the selections and was very patient and kind. Most pleasant furniture purchase I’ve had.
  Delivery was every bit as pleasant. The team was on time, was careful as they backed into our driveway. Very courteous and respectful of our home and took extra caution with wiping their shoes each time. They delivered in snowy winter, set up and placed furniture exactly as I had requested. They worked fast and had our furniture ready to go in minutes.
  All teammates were pleasant making this whole purchase easy, clean, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Thank you so much and will definitely be buying from furniture deals again.

  I really had a great experience with Furniture Deals. I ordered my furniture during Labor Day weekend and they were able to hold delivery for nearly two months until I moved to my new apartment! The delivery guys handled my furniture with care and ensured that nothing was going to get damaged in the processes. I definitely recommend stopping by if your are interested in purchasing new furniture! ????

  The buying experience was great. The sales person had the patience to allow my kids to pick what they wanted. He was very friendly and helpful.
  
  The loan ladies were wonderful too. The delivery folks were on time and did a great job putting it together.
  
  Overall am very satisfied with whole process so far.

  On Saturday, 20 October, I walked into Furniture Deals with the thought in mind of purchasing a recliner. One lady did ask what I was interested in and did tell me I was in the right area. That is the one and only time that day anyone in the store asked about what I was interested in. I proceeded to look at recliners on my own. Eventually, I had looked at all the recliners and still no one had attempted to assist me further. I left the store. I returned to the store the next day and Matt assisted me in making my purchase. On Wednesday, 31 October, my recliner was delivered to my home in a very timely manner. I appreciate the call telling me the delivery would be in approximately 10 minutes. The delivery truck arrived and everything went very well. The young men who delivered the recliner were very courteous and explained everything to me. Great customer service from these two young gentlemen. I have bought furniture from Furniture Deals before and have always been more than satisfied with the service I have received. Kudos to the employees at Furniture Deals.
