Krisan has went above and beyond for my man-friend and I. She always made us feel like a priority and worked very fast at getting us in to look at the properties we were interested in. We were looking last year but decided to hold off for awhile, as we have been very picky about what we want. We recently started looking again and went back to Krisan as she was so great to work with. She is very quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. We are closing on our house in a couple weeks and couldn't be happier. Krisan, we can't thank you enough for helping us find our dream home!
You couldn't ask for a more dedicated Realtor who really has your best interest at heart. My wife and I were looking for our very first house (an arduous and terrifying job) in preparation for our first child being born this year. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted as well as a very un-flexible budget. Krisan took everything we wanted in a house, neighborhood, features, local, and price range and time after time was able to show us houses we liked. And trust me, we were buyers with VERY specific wants. We had two deals fall through before we found the perfect house for us, but every time Krisan was there to walk us through the paperwork and handle the frustration right along beside us. Never once did she push us on a house that we didn't really like, or couldn't really afford. The entire time i felt as if Krisan was truly trying to find us the house we wanted and needed, not just get a sale. In the end we found the perfect house in a great neighborhood, with everything we wanted and under budget! Krisan came recommended from my bank, USAA, and i couldn't have been happier about their recommendation.
