Literally did everything online, didn't have to call, didn't have to go into office, all from my phone. Was given gate code immediately after sigining up, showed up with a new lock inside the storage unit ready to go, and done. Super easy and convenient. Huge elevator, carts available to use for free, inside and climate controlled. Very happy with this.

I currently live in Tatum Ranch, just up Cave Creek Rd from this place. This is a great facility, with great pricing and wonderful staff. I shopped around the area for pricing on storage units because we needed one for a couple months while we got ready to move. Not only is this facility brand new and in immaculate shape, but the price was also slightly lower than other nearby facilities, and they gave me the first month for free! I worked with Becky at the front office, who was very friendly and helpful, and she got me the unit that I wanted right on the ground floor closest to the entrance. Great experience so far, I would definitely recommend this facility.

Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable, she also helped me in the process of determining the correct sized until to rent. My decision to go with Extra Storage Space was the right choice. It's very clean and I am most satisfied with my choice.

The storage unit is new. Its right near where i live so the location is perfect. They have a few size units and if we ever needed to move to a larger unit it seemed it would be easy and painless. The building is well lit even at night. I have gone both in the day and night and I feel very safe in the building. Its very clean and bright on the inside. Becky helped us find the perfect storage unit for our needs. Friendly and great customer service.

I have so many positive things to say about Tim and his crew, it's hard to limit the review. He is the the most professional builder I've worked with. Always on time, his team is polite and willing to answer any and all questions, regardless how repetitious they are. He's upfront about what's happening, good or bad, and because of his experience, he can anticipate problems before they arise allowing the home owner to plan accordingly with their time and money. Budget friendly and worth every penny. The craftsmanship is excellent! He and his team build things to last which is so refreshing. Highly recommend.
