  Matt and his team are very reliable, friendly, and professional. Matt took the time to explain our options without being patronizing or condescending. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, very easy to get a hold of, and have a quick response time to any minor issues.

  Fast, knowledgeable, and thorough, and very easy to work with. I had just bought a house and found out the furnace wasn’t working. I scheduled an appointment with Ideal and they were out within a few days. Within a week of me contacting them, they had a new furnace installed and working just before the coldest days we’ve had in years. Thanks again.

  Ideal Temp did an excellent job of repairing our furnace. Excellent communication skills and did the job quickly and efficiently. I’ll be using Ideal Temp from now on. I have used two of the large Furnace and Air-conditioning companies that service Kansas City, Missouri and was receiving poor service which went to just awful. Had to find a new company and thrilled to say I picked the right one.
