(December 29, 2018, 12:40 am)I had my garage doors installed in Fall 2016 however, a mistake was made and they used the wrong spring which made my door unworkable in Summer '18. Renner made their wrong right by fixing the mistake without charge since it was still under warranty and they also replaced the motor unit since it had wear and tear from the wrong spring being used. Leon was great and fixed everything in a short period of time. Thanks Renner!

(December 20, 2018, 1:20 pm)Leon Vanderpool came out to repair my garage door. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I called the office to let them know my phone wasn’t working, so the technician should just come by. The office didn’t relay the message, so he skipped my house. I called and explained what had happened, and he came back out to my house any way. I really appreciated the excellent service and flexibility. Would definitely recommend.

(December 11, 2018, 4:41 pm)I called Renner supply this morning and they were able to rearrange the schedule to fit me in today, as my garage door was stuck open. Leon, the technician, called me when he was on his way to my house. He showed me everything that was wrong, everything that he fixed, and explained it all to me. After fixing my door, he took a quick look at our second garage door and just double checked everything to keep it running smoothly as well. Thank you Renner and Leon for such fast great service.

Anthony quickly came back and fixed the issue, which was a little uncommon. Great service, tidy job and friendly staff.
