I have been with Peter Fox State Farm for 26 years, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The team is always courtesy and professional with fast responses to any questions or concerns. I bundle my car and home insurance through them with amazing savings. State Farm has also become my source for financial planning for my future investing in a savings account if any emergencies and ultimately for my retirement someday.

My experience with the Peter Fox State Farm Agency is AWESOME. The policies I have are a good value for the premiums. I had two claims this past year, one for damage from hitting road debris and one for road service due to a dead battery. In both cases the agency and State Farm were responsive, concerned about (1) my safety first; (2) addressing the repairs and road service needed; (3) following up with the repair center to assure that repairs are performed in a quality and timely manner. The rental car agency used, was also very responsive and I was able to rent a vehicle during repairs at no cost to me. Five Star rating in every category. Customer service the “old fashioned way,” providing good value and exceptional service!

I have been with State Farm and Peter Fox’s office since 2011 I think. They have looked out for my policies made appropriate recommendations when I was ready have never pressured me toward a policy. The drive safe and save program gets me nearly 50% off my monthly premium but everyone will save something so it’s a good program. After the first six months my driving was considered excellent and I was able to nearly triple coverage and still pay less then I was paying. They periodically check with me to review policy and update me about any new discounts and see if something changed that could offer me any additional savings. About 4 years ago when I got a new vehicle the policy change was straight forward and very easy. Working with State Farm is one of those relationships where you do feel covered and don’t need to worry and still know they will be there if you ever need them. I can’t say how much I appreciate this kind of relationship. I would 100% recommend State Farm to anyone looking to change insurance they have been a great company for covering myself and my vehicle.

Peter Fox and his team didn't try and sell me a pipe dream or the bells and whistles, they just listened to what I wanted. I was able to save on my auto and rental, which then allowed me to take out a policy to help take care of my family should something happen to me.
