“It's so convenient with new rounds beginning every three minutes and the fact that it's only a 30 minute workout. Very easy to fit into a busy schedule leaving no room for excuses. ;) I also love how the workouts change daily so different muscles are targeted and it's never mundane. “Great Dr. I find it nice to go to a Dr. that you can tell likes his job and isn't burned out. Have had 2 shoulder surgeries from him and seen him multiple times for other injuries. Very nice office staff on the phone and in person. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit when you go but I have never had to wait more than 15 min. He is busy because he is good.”

“Dr. Ben, Nicole & Brandy are great! I had never been to a Chiropractor and was hesitant but he came highly recommended and I had been in pain for months. Dr. Ben listened my concerns and fears that first appointment and every appointment since when something comes up. He and staff do a wonderful job of explaining the why and how of process and treatment. Home exercises are given to help with healing in between adjustments. As another reviewer said, I can honestly say I walked out of his office the first day in less pain!”
