He took time with us giving us the best service ever... telling us about and explaining all the features that we have and that we can have... Because of his wonderful service, we accepted new upgrades, services, and devices that we would have never dared try without his precise explanations.
People who came into the store may not have been happy because we took up so much of Neal's time. However, if they stood around until we were through, they too would have been lucky recipients of his time, care, and expertise. -
