(October 19, 2020, 10:59 am)I read a bunch of negative reviews and wonder how come I've never had a single bad experience there - neither on the phone nor in person. I think it's important to realize that the folks that answer the phone aren't clinically trained - they're hired to take notes, set up appointments etc. Compassion is a two-way street. I'm of the opinion that there's never really a reason to be unprofessional - and so far in my life that has proven out true. That said - the wait on-hold is sometimes a bit long, but that's no different than any other place, really. These are trying times. Lots of people suffering. Keep that in mind.
