  If you're looking for a place to live Falcon Point Apartments is a great decision. The staff is great and always works with you to fix any issues right away. If I've had a problem it is almost always fixed within a day or two depending on the severity. They are super pet friendly with a nice dog park and always keep the animal cleanup stations fully stocked unlike the other apartments in the area.

  I have been at Falcon Point for over a year now and enjoy living here. It’s affordable compared to other apartments in the area and the apartments are always kept clean and updated. I love it that they frequently spray for bugs. I still haven’t seen one single spider in my apartment! The staff is always very helpful and pet friendly too!

  My wife & I have been living here for a year & we still absolutely love it here!! The office staff is fantastic!! Jill does an amazing job managing the property. The grounds are kept clean & the grass is always well maintained. This is the first place we have lived in awhile where they actually care about the residents & the property. The maintenance staff is also top notch. We’ve only had a few minor problems & they were fixed promptly. John goes above & beyond to make sure the issue is fixed correctly. You will not be sorry if you choose Falcon Point as your home!!

  I just renewed my lease to live here a third year, and I love it. It's quiet and clean. The apartments managers, Jill and Kiersten, are friendly and responsive, and they always have a treat for my pup when we come to the office. The maintanence supervisor, Jon, is excellent as well. Both have quickly remedied any issue I've had and have afterward checked back with me. There are regular resident functions with treats for humans and pets alike. Also, a new dog park was built on the grounds this spring!

  Best apartments ever. The staff is awesome. The entire place is well maintained. Well lit at night in a super safe neighborhood. The amenities are outstanding: dog park, tennis court, pool, really nice gym, nature walk, resident functions... This place is the best, and a major reason is the professional, competent and caring people who run it.
