I forgot the Mangers Name but he is the best. Even when I make my appointment he is so kind and genuine. He makes my experience there great!

Josh was great and super helpful from the moment I walked through the door. This was my first car buying experience through a dealership and he made me glad I chose Northtowne. I had looked around elsewhere and received nowhere close to the great customer service and helpfulness as I did with Josh. Even when I wasn’t at the dealership, as the car I wanted wasn’t 100% ready, he kept me updated and did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle. More than anything else, I highly recommend Josh and the Northtowne VW, Mitsubishi, and Mazda.

The tool needed to fix the recall issue had broke, so the wait on the new tool was not the service departments fault. But when they did get the tool in finally they got my car finished very quickly. I like the personal service that Dominic always gives me, he is very thoughtful and even remembers me when I call in.
