  I was referred to Dr Brenda Smith about 6 years ago by a friend of mine. She has been one of my Doctors ever since. What I found, was care that my traditional male gynecologists were not giving. It is very helpful and assuring to have a woman doctor who is sensitive to my concerns, and thoroughly answers my questions. She provides a complete assessment of my nutritional, hormonal, emotional, and physical well being. Her recommendations for me have all proven to be leading me down the right path for my health. After any bloodwork that's tested every year, SHE calls me and gives a complete review of progress or setbacks with any accolades or suggestions for improvement in the upcoming year. I have a direct line to a doctor who's in touch with how traditional medicine may or may not benefit my situation and each year has steered me in best direction for my optimal well being. I've never had a doctor I could call or text that would check back with me and answer a question that had come up about my health. Even my husband has commented when I've had a health concern, "Call Dr Smith and see what she thinks." Such a valuable person she has become to me. I look forward to my hour of her undivided attention to my health conditions and concerns every year, and would highly recommend her to any woman.

  I love Dr. Smith and tell all my friends about her! It is so wonderful to talk with a doctor who takes the time to really listen to my symptoms and discusses with me the ways my physical health impact (and are impacted by) all other areas of my life. I never feel rushed at my appointments. One of my favorite things about Dr. Smith is that she is a realist. She doesn't just throw out a list of "you should be doing these activities and stop doing these activities." She understands that lifestyle changes are challenging and suggests ways to make healthier choices that are manageable. One of my friends recommended Dr. Smith to me several years ago and I am so happy I followed her advice and become a patient at Midlife Wellness Center! PS: Brenda, who runs the administrative end of the office is super friendly and makes the business end of things easy.

  Dr. Brenda Smith has been my physician for approximately 10 years. There are not enough words to express the personal, individual, well-researched and attention to detail that I receive from her. She is interested in optimal health, not just middle of the road. My health and well being are a true testament to her counsel. I consider her a one in a million "health" professional and friend. If you are a woman who is genuinely interested in maintaining your quality of life throughout your life, Dr. Smith is the premium choice in Kansas City. She only chooses the best and her assistant, Brenda Knehans is an irreplaceable gem!

  Dr. Smith is a remarkable physician. She is professional, attentive, prompt, and an advocate for women. She truly is a Godsend. After trying out countless specialists and the other physicians, she has proven herself time and time again as my front runner in health. I have many colleagues and clients from around the US who have sought out similar expertise for their health after hearing my testimonial. Dr. Smith offers something unique and special a real gem here in the Midwest. Her staff truly cares as much as she does and it reflects the overall healthcare experience.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for 9 years and her care has been truly life changing! She spends so much time really listening and helping you work in all facets of your midlife health. From what your hormones are doing to how you are eating, as well as what you are doing for exercise and restorative health. I appreciate that she makes sure you have the best blood and saliva testing done to determine exactly what YOUR body is doing then designs a plan to get you to the best you can be. I have sent many friends to her for care and will continue to do so!
