My mom needed home oxygen on Christmas eve. Maybe an hour after the doctor faxed the order, Rick came with the oxygen. He was so kind and helpful, took his time showing my Dad and me how to use the equipment, and was very reassuring. My dad had been nervous and Rick was so comforting and personable. We really appreciated his kindness, plus the fact that he brought the oxygen on the afternoon of Christmas eve. My mom's doctor said the company was very easy for him to work with as well. We were all around very pleased with the service.
