(May 2, 2017, 8:33 pm)I am 67 years old, with two hip replacements, a knee replacement and shoulder surgery. After recovering from the last hip and knee, I found myself feeling old, unsteady on my feet and weak. I came to Jeannine with a slight ray of hope and a lot of skepticism. Well yoga works, really well. In one year using all the styles of yoga she teaches, I am feeling younger, more confident, more balanced and more flexible. Chair yoga has done wonders for my balance and flexibility. Jeannine is an amazing teacher and healing channel.

She guides me to my own place of spiritual, emotional and mental peace as well as aliveness. I have never seen a teacher who is more attuned to the needs of her students. Every class just gets better--and I get and feel better with every class.
