Management knows you by name and all the ladies in the office are friendly and helpful and even the maintenance staff. Any maintenance requests we had got taken care of right away. I would recommend Regency North- the location is a plus too.
(October 2, 2018, 5:19 pm)We just started our journey with Regency North Apartments and we are so impressed! Everyone is super nice and they make the application process so easy. The apartment is nice and clean, they include a 24 hour fitness center, and they're putting in a dog park, (yay!) Definitely 5 stars.
(October 2, 2018, 4:59 pm)I have lived here now for roughly 6 months and I have enjoyed my stay so far. Unfortunately through my experiences it seems like it’s hard to come by decent maintenance at apartments these days. The good thing is that the company is trying and working their way through it. Big shoutout to the office staff Peggy, I’m sure she will be moving up in her career soon the way she handles her job. I’m surprised she isn’t running the place. A good place to live and DEFINITELY a bang for your buck$$
(September 24, 2018, 7:03 pm)I personally have nothing but good things to say about my overall Regency North experience! I have lived here just over a year and immediately felt welcomed by all staff. Management takes the time to get to know your name, where you life within the complex, and are willing to address any issues or concerns you may have. No matter which apartment a renter chooses, there will be inevitably be some issue. Whether it be as small as a loose hinge on a cabinet or a more serious problem such as a leak from another tenants apartment. What matters is how management responds to those issues regardless of how small the issue may be. While I have been here, each small issue I have had has been addressed promptly. I'm very thankful to have such a great first renting experience. The price is super affordable and you get a lot of space for what you pay!
