  This is your standard discount clothing store. They have a wide selection of name brand items like Levi's, Nike, etc. They also carry bedding and some small kitchen appliances and they have a small jewelry section. There is almost always a sale of some type going on here and it is easy to find coupons for this store.

  I am always surprised at the variety and many products available in the different departments. I usually just think of clothes, but they have everything from a huge jewelry counter to electronics and even toys. The deals they offer with programs like the Kohl's cash can be very lucrative if used at the right times and with the right discounts. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with questions and pointing me in the right direction.

  Came here on Sunday and attempted to make a very large purchase. For whatever reason my kohl’s card kept getting declined even though it was in good standing. It took the associate and two managers to call 5 times to figure out what the problem was. And the credit card people were sending us on a wild goose chase. I also called and ultimately they said they “fixed” whatever problem it was, even though there was no problem. Tried to make the transaction again and still the card was declined or needed an authorization code. The two managers fought for me with their corporate credit office for over an hour. Eventually the office said that the card was good to go but by then my husband and I were ready to go. So we paid with a different form of payment. Fast forward to the next day I had to go back to kohl’s to make a purchase. Low and behold the card worked with no issues. So thank you to the two ladies that consistently fought for me and fixed something that wasn’t even their fault.
