My daughter went in and had her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Hansen was very kind and patient. He answered our questions. He even called in the evening to check on her and see if we had any questions. I was nervous after reading some reviews but there was more positive then negative. Everyone has their own experience and opinion, I chose to form my own. The front desk staff was a little more brisk but not rude. I would recommend this establishment.

My 20 year old son had his 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hansen. My husband took him. My son thought he was GOAT and my husband said he was amazing. He said the doctor explained what was going to happen before the procedure and gave my husband an update after the procedure. The 3 Rx's were immediately available after the procedure to take to the pharmacy and we even received a phone call later that night from the doctor himself asking us if Connor was doing ok and if he should experience any problems to make sure we call the doctor on his cell. I mean it is the year 2020. Who does that anymore? The office staff when I called to schedule the appointment and pay charges were always courteous and polite even when it took my insurance company months to review the claim.

I’m not going to lie, reading the reviews before going to the office today had me nervous. After my visit though, I cannot figure out why the reviews aren’t very favorable. I had a good experience. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Appointment was at 9:45, I was paying and leaving at 10:15. It was fast, painless, and easy. He knows what he is doing. He was informative, and kind and most of all, talked through the entire procedure about what was happening and how it was going. I hope I don’t have to have another tooth removed, but if I do, I will go here every time!

I’ve been shopping around for an Oral Surgeon since I recently am without Dental Insurance.

I called them and was seen the next day.
(Which was awesome, I must say)

Dr. Hansen was very thorough, informative and made a couple jokes...something about my age. I didn’t take offense to it. It was very funny!!!! Plus, I was nervous- so he made me feel better.

I then told him about my financial situation and he was able to work with me :) Thank GOD 🙌
Because, my procedure was a pricey one everywhere else.

They were able to schedule me in- the very next day.
He took 2 wisdom teeth out and removed the root from another...He did it all in about 30-45minutes.
Very fast and efficient, I must say.

Overall, the front desk staff and Dr. Hansen were Awesome!!!!!😎❤️
