Doug and his guys are true professionals.Mechanics Are like dentist no one likes to go to see them because you know it’s gonna cost you some money the guys at firestone tried to deliver any bad news With true compassion and they give you many options to try to fix the situation. Just like I have a family doctor they are My family mechanics. I would recommend them to anyone.

(February 1, 2020, 8:48 am)Located just north of Vivion on Antioch road (MO) on the west side of the street and directly across from Walgreens. Came in with a completely shredded tire and some other old ones, arrived from a tow truck just before 8:00 a.m. Ralee and the guys there were amazing! They were able to put all four new tires on while I worked in the lobby (and drink a little coffee and watch the little Futurama), have me aligned and out the door in less than 2 hours, and that includes waiting for the fourth tire that they didn't have in stock because I have a weird size. I got lifetime alignment, and they insisted on showing me things that I didn't understand, which is really super nice even though I have no idea what I looked at :-) including some super cool machine that shows you how out of balance your wheel is. Bathroom was clean (always important to me) and the gentleman that worked there were super amazingly friendly. I will be going back there, they have a customer for life, and it's not just because of a lifetime alignment deal. Even though that helps ;-) Thanks everyone for getting me in and out as quick as possible and back on my way to work!
