  We love living at our complex! Office and and maintenance staff are great. We just got a landscaping update!

  Lived here for 3 years. The office staff know me and my family by name. All maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours every time. The amenities including the pool and grills are great. Very happy I found the Landing at Briarcliff.

  Beautiful apartments. Big gym that is almost always empty. Foosball in the clubhouse. Pool is huge! Rent is perfect for living outside of downtown Kansas City.
  
  Highly reccomend this apartment community to someone looking to live close to but not in downtown KC! Very attentive staff that caters to all your needs and questions.

  Love this place. Location is great and the view from my fourth floor is amazing. Trains could be loud but easy to get used to just like any other traffic noise.
  Office management is superb and I swear they know every tenant by name :)

  Lived here for 2 years and it's been nothing but a great home to us. The management is usually pretty quick with responses and the maintenance team is fantastic. Neighbors are respectful and I would definitely recommend living here!
