  This was my first time buying a car and I had such a pleasant experience. Jon went out of his to stay in touch with me and make sure I knew what was going on. I live out of state and they worked with me to get everything figured out in a timely manner. If I had any questions Jon would go out of his way to answer any questions I had or concerns. I love my new vehicle and could not be happier.

  This review will be in two parts. One for the finance manager and one for the salesman.
  
  First off I've been in the business and am very particular on how business should be conducted, especially on a large purchase such as a car. Jon, my salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car I was intrested in. Unlike most salesman that make an answer up if you ask them something they don't know, Jon admitted he wasn't sure but would find out and followed through. Jon was kind, curious, and respectfully of my time and the concerns I had. I would highly recommend Jon to friends and family and plan on giving him several referrals as he's new to the business.
  
  As for Shelly, the finance manager... she's basically a magician. I went to several places previous to ARC and was given an unfavorable rate by all, but not Shelly. She not only took care of me but gave me a rate over half as less as the competition. My advise to all would be don't settle for something you feel unsure about. Go talk to Shelly! I guarantee you she'll surprise you and make you feel like a person rather than a number.

  I drive a 2009 Cooper Mini Clubman that I bought at ARC. I won't trust anyone else to work on my precious car. This is a great place with excellent customer service.

  Mike Liles was wonderful. I called from 2hrs away and he was able to line up financing with my trade in and all, so I just showed up, signed papers and took the keys. Super easy process, thorough, and worked hard to get my loan where I needed it. Really great experience overall. Plus I LOVE my new to me 2015 Nissan Rogue! Its a beautiful vehicle with low miles and a great price! They even surprised me with some all weather mats when I showed up to sign papers, it was really appreciated! Thanks for all Miles! ?
