(August 30, 2018, 11:57 am)Very clean facility. Knowlegable, courteous and friendly staff! Offered military discount. Sanitary and well maintained restroom. Safe location for a mom and children. Full explanation of work done and recommendations of work needing to be done. I would recommend NAC to my fellow church members.

After bringing it back to the shop, it was promptly corrected. I received many apologies and a complimentary service was performed for my troubles. That’s the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. Thank you.

(June 29, 2018, 10:43 am)I was very impressed with this place and I'm happy that a friend recommended Northland Auto Clinic to me. They were VERY professional and went above and beyond with communication and detailed info about my vehicle. Both Erin and the mechanic explained what was completed and what would be recommended without feeling pressured into doing more than what was asked. I will definitely be returning to this place again for any other vehicle maintenance or repair.

(June 21, 2018, 4:37 pm)I called and spoke to Erin to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection. She asked when and what time, I said today at 10am. She just happened to have an opening. Brought my car in a little early and I was immediately asked for my info and the keys. Great customer service and a detailed explanation of what work was done and future work that will need attention.

They keep me informed all the way through the evaluation/diagnostic process and always do the work I ask. They follow up to make sure I am satisfied with the service provided. This is the only place I take my cars.
