“Always receive great service at this location no matter the problem . My largest complaint has nothing to do with the location(Ken), but with your product Genius. I spent around $200 for one when I spent $6,700 for new hearing aids. A month & a half ago it failed, after waiting over 3 weeks I finally got it back. I had it for two weeks and the new one failed, so it had to be sent back to the factory as the first one was. I assume it will take at least three MORE weeks to get a new one. Not only is that almost two months without something I bought in good faith>BUT, I am told that the one year warranty only applies to the first one and the replacement AND the next new one will still carry only the first one's warranty. So, my one year warranty has turned into only a NINE MONTH warranty as I have lost THREE MONTHS USAGE by the time I get the replacement for the second one. I feel this is totally unfair and borders on false advertising, as I expected TWELVE months trouble free usage of your Genius product . Consider this to be a totally NEGATIVE review of your product(and I have not failed to let everyone I know of the totally unfair treatment I have received. Sincerely >Barry Carroll”
