  9Round is one of the best workout experiences I have ever had. The trainers are very friendly and patient and always right there to help. I highly recommend 9Round as an incredible place to quickly get your workout in daily and shred the pounds!

  Life changing to say the least. About 2 months ago (July 2018) I had been diagnosed with Hypertension (blood pressure readings of 150/110 and sometimes higher) and after a CT of my chest to find out I have plaque in one of my arteries, the LAD, also know as The Widow Maker, which is the same one that killed my father 4 years ago. Needless to say this was a bit concerning so I decided to give Melissa and crew a call at 9 Round in Liberty, MO. I informed Melissa of my situation and she said no problem! She recommended I participate in the back to school program they were advertising consisting of a diet change and exercise program. After a bit of pondering and ONE FREE WORKOUT, I decided to sign up. I am writing this at the beginning of my 6th week and I can tell you I have never felt better or looked better in my life. I went from 203 lbs when I started down to 180 LBS and still dropping, 23.1 % body fat down to 18% in 5 weeks! And we still have one week to go! No matter the final results, this has been one of the most eye opening experience of my life. I, like many people, was never taught how to properly eat, Melissa and the 9 Round diet plan helped me get to a point where I can easily spot foods that are bad, how to set and stick to a meal plan that not only helps you lose the weight but also keeps you nutritionally balanced and not weak or deprived. When people ask me how I got to look like I do now, I simply tell them they need to go see, Melissa at 9 Round. She is amazing, her crew is amazing and you will look and feel amazing if you just stick to her plan and learn from her advice! I proudly recommend 9 Round Liberty, New Mark and Smithville to anyone!

  I love that every workout is different with the different routines and different personalities of the trainers. I also love the trainer help during the workout. All in all, it makes working out a lot more fun
