My first experience with Quick Lane at Gary Crossley convinced me I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and return here myself when the need arises. Driving away into the falling snow with a warm cup of hazelnut coffee was a nice bonus, and I am a happy customer. I appreciate days like these. Shopping at Gary Crossley Ford really made car buying a lot of fun. They are full of friendly staff and salespeople like Tyler who ascertain exactly what you want and need in a new vehicle before introducing options to you and help make the most of your time at the dealership. From the time we chose a car to the time we drove off the lot in it, they really made sure to explain everything thoroughly and make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle before leaving. We were very pleased with our experience at Crossley Ford and would definitely recommend it to others for their car needs.

I once said that Gary Crossley Ford was the Flagship Dealership for Ford Motor Company and I still believe that but it does not go far enough. I traded in my 2018 F 150 Lariat for a 2020 and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had at this dealership. I cannot say enough about Jason and the people he works with. This is my third vehicle from Gary Crossley and I have to say now that I believe Ford Motor Company should now consider them Regal in Sales, Service, and Finance. The people who work there truly want to be there and it shows. My truck was built in the Kansas City Claycomo Plant and it makes me a very proud owner. Thanks Ford, and Thanks Gary Crossley.

The staff here is very nice. It was nice to just have a simple change not be a nightmare. I will be taking my truck here for maintenance. I would have given 5 stars, but it was just under an hour after my scheduled appointment for my truck to actually enter the shop and the waiting room could be nicer. Overall, it was a much better experience compared to Thoroughbred for this maintenance.

The Quick Lube was great, worth my drive.
