(November 30, 2018, 10:40 pm)Dropped by to look for a replacement recliner as we were passing on our current La-Z-Boy to a needy relative and ours fit the demands of his disabilities. We found a really nice Talladega model that was a rocker as well as a recliner with power reclining, etc. Ended up buying two they were so nice and my wife was enthralled with the lumbar support feature. Bruce, the gentleman that assisted us with the purchase, was more than hospitable and we were very comfortable dealing with him on the products we decided to purchase. Second time we've purchased here and gotten all leather seating for our home. We love it! We'll be back!

(October 17, 2018, 10:40 am)Such a great experience with Joe Fondaw who was so helpful picking out the perfect chair for my husband. What I loved is that there was no “pressure“ just information to help me make the right decision.
Bruce Douglas, the manager, is a delight to talk to! Who would know he is a talent who sings and plays the piano in Senior living centers which is what my husband has designed for 40 years!
Look around while you are there, more than chairs, lots of decorative items and worth a stop by to see! A really fun experience!! -

(September 27, 2018, 4:59 pm)I was in the market for leather recliners. Mary (store manager) greeted me promptly and listened to what I was looking for. I emphasize LISTENED because there was eye contact and dialogue. She really tuned in to what I said and took me around the store showing me examples (I wasn't paraded around the store and shown options that did not fit my criteria). As any good sales person would do, she pointed out things like style and characteristics I might want to consider. I would highly recommend anyone looking at Lazy Boy (furniture selection and quality was fantastic) to see if Mary was around to help you out.
