(September 19, 2018, 2:26 pm)Woodneath is a great library, there is much to say. We love kids' story time, participating in both infant and toddler sessions. Programs such as 1000 Books Before Kindergarten and Kindergarten Readiness Program give us ideas and motivation for teaching and reading to with our kids. The children's play area is wonderful with lots of hands-on and learning toys, and somehow the library is still quiet with all the kiddos running around! We go once or twice a week, and our 2 year old begs to go every other day.
The technology is very up-to-date for check out and return processes. The website software is well-designed making it easy to renew books, place new ones on hold, or rent ebooks. The staff has been available to answer any question or help us find the solution. We have used the drive-up window a few times, which is convenient when kids need a nap and time is limited. My husband and I have also relaxed outside the coffee shop. There is a place for everyone at Woodneath. -

(August 4, 2018, 8:27 pm)First time in a library in roughly 20 years! You may think libraries are boring but this place has kept up with the times. There's relevant movies and music to check out as well as a nice cafe area. They feature all sorts of events and they staff are entertaining and helpful!

(May 11, 2018, 5:58 pm)Probably the nicest library in the mcpl system. Rotating fun activities for the kids and great story times. Other programs as well, but I'm not as familiar with them.
