Checking in and out was quick and easy.
The nurses were very good and friendly.
Dr. Albani is top notch in his field of urology and I'd recommend him to anyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The people are friendly and treat you like a person not just another patient. Your waiting time is short and they treat your time as valuable as theirs.

Check in was quick and easy. Had new patient forms to fill out. Completed those, returned them to the front desk and was called back within 5-10 minutes. All the staff was nice and courteous. After getting my vitals taken I only waited another 5-10 minutes before Dr Allie came in to see me. She was very nice and professional. Answered all my questions and was very thorough. Check out was also quick and easy.

Dr. Kenneth Collins and staff make you feel very welcome and understanding of any concerns you have. They listen and provide professional guidance. Dr. Collins is very soft spoken man that tells you straight facts about your condition. He has been a great help to me and I trust him completely.

All experience with KCUC is good. The nurses, friendly and professional. Dr. James Magera is knowledgeable, personable and open minded. I don't think I could have done better in the Kansas City area.
