My experience was definitely a good one. The only thing that needs changed is the congestion of checking in and out in same location. It’s a total cluster.
Rumor has it you no longer recognize retiring staff. What a cheap way to treat people who have dedicated years of service to your hospital. My wife spent over 34 years as a nurse in your facility and you can’t show any gratitude by including her and others in your recognition dinner. This use to be a family oriented hospital. Now the bottom line is all that counts. You’re losing what made you stand above other hospitals and it’s sad.

Everyone is always nice and caring. The procedure went quickly and painlessly! Also, love that they give a discount if you pay your bill prior to 30 days of the visit.
