Liberty License Office

Trying to get my drivers license and finding the shortest wait time. I moved from out of state. Callie was an amazing help! Friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I didn’t have the right documents, she sent me to a place where I could print and gave me helpful suggestions. Unfortunately, I had to return the next day (after 2 trips that day) with further documentation, Callie remembered me and helped me thru the process. About 35 minutes away, ( a closer one is available ) but will definitely go out of my way to return to this office when needed. Thank you !

When using the App. It was amazingly accurate,. And the employees were awesome and courteous. Best experience Ive ever had at the license office. Can't say the same about the impatient customers. But they kept their cool and treated everyone with respect. Liberty is the place to go.

I was surprised how quickly I was in and out. Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I had feared spending hours there, but have to hand it to the staff for getting me on my way in under 45 minutes. Well done!

It was a very smooth process and the woman was pleasant to work with.
