I have been a patient for about 4 years and the treatment and guidance provided by Dr. Engelmann is superb. She takes time to listen to my needs and addresses each concern I may have. She has positive relationships with other agencies in the community and has secured financial assistance from those agencies. Without that assistance, I would not have been able to afford hearing aids. Dr. Engelmann is knowledgeable, personable, and wants the best care for her patients.
LeAnne, the office manager, is efficient, pleasant, and helpful. She responds timely to messages and provides a friendly greeting during office visits.
I am satisfied with the services provided and I would recommend American Hearing and Audiology, Liberty location, to others. -

When I decided to purchase hearing aids she gave me detailed information about how she would be taking me step by step to learn how to use and maintain the devices. This was a very pleasant experience.
