(December 30, 2018, 9:35 am)After moving to Kansas City, we tried a few different churches. Our search stopped after one visit to LCF. The lead pastor is dynamic, humble, and Christ centered. The sermons are biblically focused. The church emphasizes fellowship with believers by encouraging members to join a small group. Our children enjoy the child care, both during Sunday services and small group. We hope to call LCF our church home for many years to come.
(November 20, 2018, 11:28 am)I have been going here since I was 5 and have since made lifelong friends. The pastors are delightful and they always make sure the kids in Truthseekers and the youth groups understand the content.

(August 12, 2018, 5:10 pm)I have been attending LCF since February of 2017. I was looking for a Christian Church to attend and I tried the one in my town. It was very old school and I didn't feel comfortable. My boyfriend said try the one I attend, so I did. I fell in love!! I so believe in this Church and the message they are sending that I drive an hour to attend every week. The Church is Gospel centered, mission driven. I have learned so much from the sermons each week. The lead pastor Tim Fritson is young but very verse in scripture. His sermons are biblical based yet he makes them relatable to today's world. Whatever passage the sermon is over he breaks it down so it's understood. There are plenty of groups and activities. I have attended a women's conference they held at the church this yr. I have attended a few of the worship nights, which were spectacular. I have brought friends of mine with me to worship night so they can enjoy and experience what I get to every week for themselves. The worship team is FANTASTIC!!! They sing current and traditional songs. The staff and associate pastors are friendly and helpful. I find the church as a whole to be very unjudgemental. I felt very comfortable and welcomed from day 1. The style of dress varies from very casual to very dressed up. The church is diverse. I have been Baptized at the church and I just got married at the church. Everyone was very helpful and available in planning my day. I just can't say enough good things about LCF. God knew what I needed and He lead me to LCF.
(June 2, 2018, 10:23 pm)This church is a beautiful local representation of the body of Christ. The worship is heart felt and God-glorifying. The sermons are biblical and expository in nature. My wife and I tried many churches before landing here about six years ago. There is a familial love that is there. Most importantly, this place is gospel-centered. I could go on--wonderful church.
