I appreciate an insurance company that provides service in a positive manner. Ken Bohr achieves that by being interested in more than just selling me insurance. He and his employees have shown me that they care about what happens to me, they take an interest in my safety, and I do not feel like I am just a number to them. I had an incident while driving on the highway, when a rock from a truck in front of me flew off and hit my windshield, cracking it. When I called Shelter to report the incident, the first thing Ken asked me was "Are you alright?" I appreciate that my insurance agent asked about my well being first, then addresses the business of my vehicle. My windshield was fixed the next day, in my driveway, which was very convenient for me. I moved out of state for a couple of years, when I returned home, I contacted Ken Bohr again for my insurance needs.
