“Wehad previously gone to a dentist in North Kansas City. This dentist told both my husband and myself that we needed literally thousands of dollars worth of dental work between us. Fast forward… We went to Dr. Schaller. I was first and I did not tell Dr. Shaller anything that the other dentist told me needed done. After my cleaning and my x-rays I was told by Dr. Schaller that I only had one little old cavity that needed to be redone at some point. Of course I questioned him and ask if that is all he found. He seemed quite surprised by my question and offered to show me the x-rays etc. I explained to him my previous visit with the other dentist . He was very professional to not say anything negative about his colleague yet he assured me that none of that work needed to be done. My husband was told he needed even more work than I did. All of which was not true either. In short, not only does Dr. Schaller and his staff do an amazing job HE IS HONEST. To me that is the greatest attribute. I highly recommend him. “I was really nervous finding a new eye dr for my 4 year old and originally wanted a pediatric office (just moved from OK). Many offices that do all ages just are not all that great w Peds, but these guys were great! There was a fish tank and crayons and paper out on a coffee table. Little kid friendly things like this are awesome for us! I took all 4 of my kids ages 6, 4, 2, and infant with me and staff was so nice to them and didn’t make me feel like a huge inconvience as many establishments do when I walk in w that crew. I did take one star off bc they are more expensive and their lenses are only insured for one replacement over 2 years! After that I will have to pay the full $275 just for new lenses for my 4 year old. Our past office had unlimited guarantee for scratches and breaks in which we had 4 replacements in 1 year when she was 3. She is very careful w her glasses, but things happen on the preschool playground. Because if this, we may look at other offices if we run into the issue unfortunately.”
