“I took all three of my children as they were growing up to Dr. Scott [Craven] when he first joined the practice years ago and have always had excellent care. I, however, avoided dentists like the plague for myself until about a year ago when I finally decided it was time to take care of myself! Of course, due to my years of neglect, my teeth were in need of some deep cleaning. I had two such appointments with a dental hygienist named Becky. She was wonderful. She made me feel at ease and the treatments didn't even hurt, which was a pleasant surprise! I also had other procedures by Dr. Craven, who continues to be friendly and clearly skilled in dentistry. He always takes the time needed to make sure you are comfortable and you never feel like he is rushing to the next patient. Yesterday, I went back for a cleaning appointment and checkup and the dental hygienist, Dawn, was delightful. Super friendly and thorough AND my teeth/gum situation has improved greatly! Thanks to Dr. Craven and staff for giving such great service and skill to our Excelsior Springs community!”

My husband talked to the owner & said she was super friendly & would have considered moving our camper there so we could have it closer to the lake. At the time, there were no vacancies - a good sign it's a great place to trust with your valuables!”

“We camped at Branch Oak and had a great time. They had firewood and Ice for us when the camping place did not. We came back for the amazing food and small town relaxing feel which we love. “A few weeks ago, I dropped off film for development while I was visiting the area from Folsom, CA. I stopped by the photo department a few days later on my way out of town. I spoke to Sonia and she informed me that the prints were not ready yet. This was a dilemma as we were on the way out of town. I discussed with Sonia what we could do and I tried to pay for the pics in advance but the price was not certain due to not knowing how many photos would be developed. She suggested that perhaps she could pay for the photos when they came in and mail them to me. I thought that was a good solution and I tried to give her cash to cover the cost of the pics and postage and she said that would not be allowed, which I understood. The deal was she would mail me the pics and she would give me the total of the pics and postage and I would send her a check to cover all cost. I got home and pics were waiting for me. Inside the envelope was a note that said, " Your photos came an hour after you left. No payment necessary. Hope you enjoyed the travels home. Pay it forward. I truly believe Sonia is a special person. She went the extra extra mile to help a customer. She was so kind and concerned about my situation and found a way to make it work. I believe Sonia deserves some recognition as an outstanding employee and citizen. Respectfully, Bob Trujillo”

“This is a good clinic staffed by great people. Dr. Smith is a great doctor and the fact you can see your mental health doctor via video is great. YOu don't have to drive to the Main VA Center and you still get good care. If you are in the Northland north of Liberty, MO then this is the clinic for you.”
