Our first time, husband went for initial consult and ended up with a tooth pulling. The new dentist was terrific, the assistant was terrific, very comfortable environment and very accomodating and caring people. Our whole family will be going there now.

My kids have been coming here for awhile, amazing staff and dentist. Today my son had oral surgery at a surgeons office. When I got him home he was bleeding like crazy. Dr.richter saw him right away and helped us tremendously. I am so thankful to him for helping when he really did not have to. My son is now feeling a lot better and the bleeding is more controlled.

After having read the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical about starting care for my family with Dr. Richter. I proceeded simply because my dad goes there, and told me that he's had no issues. I'm glad that I did. The staff goes above and beyond. The insurance had issues with approving claims for my kids, and the staff led the way and got it all handled. They always tell me beforehand what the visits will cost, and Dr. Richter and his staff are amazing with my kids. We have never had to wait long for our appointments, and the front desk ladies are exceptionally accommodating.
