“I had recently purchased a few year old Fibersteel Boat Lift for my new dock at Lake of the Ozarks. One of the things that was not working properly on the lift was the Firstmate control unit. Fibersteel contacted Firstmate to get in touch with me. It was just a couple of days when Firstmate contacted me. The service response to repair the unit was very fast and the service tech was at the house within a few days of calling me. Chris couldn’t have been nicer while at the dock and repairing the unit. He even gave me a ride to the public boat ramp so I could pick up my car after launching my boat earlier in the morning. Thanks Chris I appreciate it. “Such a sweet, cozy place. Nested in such a pretty area, especially in the fall. Located close to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very attentive if you have any needs. The house was clean and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area. The hosts also offer 2 other houses on the property that are bigger, but the tiny home was perfect for my husband and I.”

“Have passed by here many times and finally stopped in for breakfast. We were greeted with a "Good Morning" as soon as we stepped in the door a sure hometown vibe. The place is neat and clean with additional seating on a covered pavilion outdoors. Breakfast was the usual diner menu..eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes etc. My omelet was full of very tasty ham and was nice and fluffy my husband got eggs over medium with bacon and hashbrowns. Both of our meals were good and cooked just right, the toast could have been crispier but I find that with a lot of restaurants. Price is comparable to other small towns in our area so not a bad deal for the money.”

“Charlie and his crew are some of the best in the business. They made sure, against all odds that the car we purchased from them was to our satisfaction...even if there were a few hiccups along the way. Let me explain. Nothing of what I'm about to say is to be reflected in any negative light towards Charlie and his crew. We purchased a 2006 Honda odyssey, out right. Legally, after the initial purchase, Charlie had no means of going the extra mile to tend to his customers. The day after we purchased, the starter started giving out. He came to my house to pick me up and take me to where the vehicle had been parked. They tapped the starter and it started right up, a few days later, the same thing happened. I'll admit, I had a pretty crummy month leading up to this incident, and unfortunately Charlie was the object of my outburst. He, without question bought and replaced the starter, free of charge. I even offered to pay the little I had sitting in my pocket, but he insisted. It is so difficult to find honest and hard working people who have an act for pleasing their customers at whatever cost it takes. I will most definitely be returning to ride right for oil changes and future repairs, if we ever need them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your hard work”
