I kept the ones she wore for sentimental reasons but the rest were just outdated and collecting dust. I'd never heard of Bobby Jacksons Trading, but the gold exchange was closed and I needed cash that night. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bobby and immediately felt comfortable. Bobby wasn't stuffy or condescending like most jewelers. He checked each piece and told me the value, he even told me which ones I'd be better off keeping because they may have been worth more than the gold weight. When finished he gave me more than what I had figured. It was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with Bobby in the future.

The man I worked with was super friendly and I feel I could have stood there and talked for hours just about anything. I just felt genuinely comfortable with him and the business. He gave me fair price offers (I did research on values before going) that matched what it should be. That says a lot to me. He didn’t try to take advantage or rip me off. His offer was fair and easy to complete. I will ALWAYS come here now to sell gold and gift cards. Y’all are the best.
