(December 22, 2018, 9:32 pm)Amazing. Tried it on a chance and will certainly be back. The young lady who provided our service was excellent and corrected a few tiny mistakes from a party of 13 very quickly. Outstanding flavors. Chips and salsa variety did not disappoint. Loved it all!

(November 19, 2018, 5:52 pm)I had the Machetes signature meal (Named Machetes) with pork and beef, and the Tres Leches Cake and Malteada (a peach milkshake) for dessert. All three were unusual and delightful. The shake had actual chunks of the peach in it. They supply four sauces for the chips as well as the main dishes. All excellent and none like anything I have had previously. A little toward spicy but I like spicy so that is fine. Excellent knowledgeable staff. Clean and very well appointed inside. Near US 40 and I-435 interchange, so also convenient. Look this place up. It is worth trying. I found no flaws in my first but definitely not my only visit.

(July 13, 2018, 9:41 pm)Best food ever, and best service ever! The server that works there is very attentive. There was a large party of about 12 or 15 people and they were having a blast, their laughs were very contagious. Great ambiance, and a lot of space. This is a family owner restaurant and the server said the tortillas are freshly made. And most of all the restroom was spotless :)
