(December 16, 2018, 6:39 pm)Great trail to hike or ride bikes, dirtbikes on. Trail is cleared semi regularly, great views of the Missouri River valley from the top of the trail. Pretty sure you can camp here as well. Overall recommended place to camp

(December 13, 2017, 11:42 pm)Used to hike this trail 20+ years ago and decided to check it out a few years ago, it was overgrown and a disappointment. Went back November 2017 and what a difference. Such a beautiful trail. It has a few fallen trees across the trail but they are easily navigated. Part of the trail has a difficult rating with steep hills and a dry creek bed that can make following the trail difficult. There is a stretch that goes along railroad tracks but the bluffs more than make up for the noise of the occasional trains. Be careful if you climb the rocks as they can be slick. Great walk.
