Honesty? Check.
Low prices? Yup.
These guys are some of the best. They'll tell you what you need and fix what you want. They're also very friendly and have a quick turn-around time. I don't take my car anywhere else, you shouldn't either.
From putting in catalytic converters that were cut out, to replacing water pumps and finding out that you need a new a/c compressor, these guys do it all. -

(May 18, 2017, 6:15 pm)I believe this is the best value auto mechanic in all of Kansas City. Not only are Wes and his team knowledgeable and incredibly nice, but they literally have the best prices every single time I need something done.
And believe me, I usually get a quote from different shops because I live in the Overland Park area and Wes's shop is in independence. But you know what, their pricing still beats everyone else's by such a substantial amount that I'll drive the 30 minutes to get it done by them.
I cannot recommend Wes and Western Motor Exchange enough. Most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. -
