It was very convenient to reserve a unit online, pay, upload the documents and recieve my person gate code and unit number. Within an hour I was at the storage unit and was unloading my belongs into it. So simple and handy.

I had pre-reserved a unit but ended up needing it sooner, and over the New Year's weekend! Danielle took my call when they were closed and got me set up and in the unit on Sunday!! Lifesaver... and she could not have been nicer!! Thank you Bay Storage and especially to Danielle!! I'm in and a fan!! Unit was extremely clean and facility feels very secure too!!

I visited this store to check it out and found they sell treats for animals. I bought some for my dog and to my surprise it did help calm him down. I will definitely buy them again.
