  Facility was nice, employees I dealt with were nice, and property felt safe. Rent increased steeply.
  
  And what's with the LOCKED DUMPSTER?! First storage facility I've used that didn't offer so much as a small trash can for small items.

  I needed a 10x10 drive up storage unit in a hurry. I called several places and a couple different companies told me they had storage spaces available. The call centers I contacted told me that they had storage units available, but when I arrived at the facility it was a completely different story. The units I had reserved were not drive ups, were the wrong size, and even on the wrong floor.
  When I contacted Janet at Extra Space in Mesa, Az. she lived on site and knew exactly what they had in their inventory. She took the time to show me the unit to make sure it was what I needed. When all of the paperwork was done she took the time to ensure that my gate code worked. After the day I had running all over town trying to get a storage space I realized that I forgot my lock. Janet hooked me up. The customer service was incredible! I can’t say enough good about my experience with Extra Space and Janet was the absolute best.

  This is the second time I have rented storage here and the reasons are:
  Great location!
  Janet is super helpful and friendly!
  Facilities are very clean.
  Well lit and the roll up doors work well.
  I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

  The facilities manager Janet does a great job. Good attention to detail and very friendly and outgoing. The facility is very well kept and has excellent security system. Glad I came across this place. So much better than the one I had for 18 years and a very reasonable price for this market area.
