    Blue Hills (formerly New Salem) Baptist Church is the best church in the area to go to receive solid Bible based teaching and preaching. This is a great place to serve and be served.

    Blue Hills (formerly New Salem) has been my family's church for a year now. There is a deep love between the people, a love of God's word, and a love for the community.

    New Salem is the oldest church in the Kansas City area, they have a beautiful building, but it’s the friendly people and the Bible based teaching that calls me back every Sunday.
