Since my first appointment with Dr. Shepard she has always been gracious and punctual with both my time and hers. She has given me insight as to how to deal with my chronic pain conditions and is helping me to look at options such as new eating regimes, reading materials on how the mind/body connection works, and other non-pharmaceutical options for support and answers.She has effectively listened to what I have said and then used her own experiences as feedback. I highly recommend her.
