Myisha is friendly, personable, and always willing to go out of her way to make sure you have the best experience. Any interaction I've had with other admins has been pleasant as well. I moved in about a month ago and I'm pleased with my apartment. They'd installed newer appliances in the kitchen prior to my move-in which made me very happy and any issues I've had so far have been promptly fixed by maintenance. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay here!

(October 24, 2018, 4:54 am)Last summer, I began researching apartment complexes in and surrounding the Kansas City area. At first, my search was frustrating, I found that many of the complexes were overpriced and unclean. Then, in August I visited the Mansions. Myisha was welcoming, friendly, and more than happy to answer all of my questions! From that point on, it was clear that the mansions were the best fit for me. I moved in last month, and I can’t say enough about the staff and services the Mansion apartments have to offer. Specifically, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the maintenance department. Last Sunday, I had a problem with my plumbing, and decided it was necessary to contact the emergency maintenance line. The on call maintenance man was at my door within five minutes and fixed the problem in under an hour. I highly recommend the Mansions to anyone in search of a new home. - Matt Thompson
