  After today I was just about to give up on metro but they changed my mind. I have a 2013 Focus that is known for transmission issues, I purchased an extended warranty through metro and had it towed there last night. This morning they called and weren’t sure they’d have an answer, solution or loaner for me until Monday or Tuesday. By 11 on Saturday they had gotten my car in, diagnosed and had keys for a loaner ready for me. Thank you Shawn for showing that you guys are capable of quality customer service.

  I recently had my 2015 Tahoe backed into while parked in a driveway and immediately took it to Metro Fords Body Shop for a free estimate on repairs. Mike Green Did an extraordinary job from start to finish on my vehicle and it’s repairs. At the time of pick up I was surprised to see that Mike Green had also had my vehicle detailed inside and out prior to pickup. I commend him and Metro Fords Body Shop on their great communication throughout the process. Only a day and a half turn around on my vehicle.
