(December 31, 2018, 3:42 pm)Can’t say enough good things about this service dept! Showed up 20 mins early and they started on my car right away. Staff was very friendly!! They gave me honest results (unlike my previous Ford service experiences) in fact Shawnee Mission Ford told me my back brakes are failing and in the red when this place told me they’re almost perfect! Don’t get scammed by other Ford service departments... bring your business here! I’ll get all my Fusion work done here from now on :)

He doesn’t try to sell you anything, he cares about your car and you. I don’t talk to anyone but Sean, he makes sure everything goes as smooth as it can and keeps me informed of progress. It makes service at Metro Ford a breeze!
