We sent an email to Chad and within hours we had scheduled him to come out for a free estimate. Chad was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident in our decision to go with his company. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about his position. Setting up a time and date for installation was easy. Chad's staff arrived on time and ready to work. There were very friendly and gave us the run down on what the next two days would look like and gave us updates throughout their day. The windows are high quality and easy to operate. The staff did a wonderful job and they paid high attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We chose the Simonton 5500 Series after lengthy discussions with Chad, their salesman and with our checkbook. Now that it is over, we are DELIGHTED with the windows and with the entire installation process. NuSash delivered an excellent package at an agreeable price and we highly recommend them.
