I consider Adriana Miranda, my personal banker simply because of the level of service she provides. I just purchased a Jeep and financed it with KCCU. My payments are right where I need them to be, it was a seemless process and I attribute all that to her. Adriana, explained everything and went above and beyond for me. I have been a memeber of KCCU for 20+ years and I have no complaints. They provide excellent, friendly and knowledgable customer service, to me and my family.

My daughter and I met with Adriana Miranda today and was looking to refinance her current loan through Ally Financial. As a first time borrower, Ally accepted her, but gave her a high rate. Speaking with David at KCCU, he put me in contact with Adriana, who facilitated the loan process, offering to lower her rate and getting her started on the right track. Adriana was very pleasant to work with and got us done and out very quickly! I was so happy with the experience that I opened an account there as well.
