I took my son in for a shoulder issue. I called on Tuesday and they had plenty of available appointments, so I scheduled for 8:10 am the following Friday. They were efficient. They check you in immediately, and it only took 3 mins for all forms and insurance and signatures. We only had a 2 min wait in waiting room and were in a room after height/wt/vitals by 8:23. Imaging came to get us at 8:30
Back from imaging after only 4 Mins and Dr. Thompson was in the room by 8:41.

Dr Thompson spent a lot of time talking to my son, and performed a lot of comprehensive hands-on diagnostic movement analysis of the joint and provided a thorough discussion regarding next steps, treatment and therapy. He did not suggest additional MRI at this point, where I feel many other doctors would have.

Doc was out of the room at 9.05. I’m satisfied. That’s a long time to get to spend with a doc. While we did not get a concrete answer, he was able to rule out several things. He explained the behavior of some of the symptoms, which led to a conservative, but comprehensive approach to the injury. We were out the door with pt order, script, note to school/coach, and a follow up appt @ 9:11.

None of that waiting around forever to only see a doc for 4 minutes. We hardly waited at all and got to spend nearly 25 mins with the doc. Both he and his staff were professional, friendly and respectful. Nice visit. Highly recommend.
